Kangeiko Winter Intensive at Tacoma Aikikai

Forge body and spirit in the New Year with a week of intensive winter training. Daily classes morning and evening to challenge yourself and take training to the next level. 

Kangeiko is a Japanese tradition of mid-winter training to purify in the New Year with cold weather training.
