Introduction to Aikido
Community Workshop

Join us for a mini-workshop to introduce the art and training of Aikido for anyone curious about practicing. In this hour and a half, we'll discuss the history, etiquette, and philosophy of Aikido and overview the fundamentals of physical practice, from falling and rolling, basic defensive responses, and aikido weapons work. 

Appropriate for adults and teens age 16 and older. All are welcome, and no experience, equipment, or special clothing is necessary. 

Pre-registration is required.
